Do these radiator hoses look original?  1969 R-code San Jose September 68 build.  Auto with AC

The number on it looks like "D0ZE" so that wouldn't be original for a 69.

With new stamping, replated clamps and staples it would be as good as new.

As New? Likely no but usable? Maybe. Test for flexibility, inner or outer cracking. Separation and any damage after a good cleaning. Then carry a set of new ones if your driving the car or only use these for shows.

I don't plan to ever drive it.  At times when I look at the number it looks like a "C" not a "D."  I take it that one is the lower hose?  What is the proper stamp number?  I have a few at the shop to check out, but I assume the less curvy one is the upper?

Just compare what you have to the upper ones shown on cars int he unrestored picture threads of 69 CJs and the one that does not match is likely the lower though I guess you can look up the shape of the lowers just to make sure there was not redesign in 70 from the 69 design

Fairlane and Torino are different . Upper is taller . Lower is longer in one of the directions.
