Topic: Cowl black out? (Late Feb ?69 Dearborn)

Which is likely for Feb 28 DB build ?cowl area body color,  or blacked out as seen on later builds.   

Have searched, but unsure approx date that cowl area started receiving the semi black paint in cowl area.

For a Feb  build Dearborn car

Body color for the visible cowl section between the cowl cover and the firewall to cowl pinch weld. Closer to the windshield opening, that area, often was blacked out
