Yes that is the code Ditzler provided and is posted in the interior and exterior paint codes for 70's in the Library. Named in that document as Dark Charcoal Poly

Contact Scott Halseth at NPD, he can get the SEM paint in pint/quart quantities.  I bought a quart recently.  There's not a shortage of paint, there's a shortage of aerosol cans.
