BTW-I have found rotor hats for 65/66 but for 68 all I found are one piece.

I haven't found any replacement rotor hats.

It would be nice to have time to do all of the searching but for me no such luck. You will have to do your own search .  I have already done the leg work for the 65-67 . Others have done it for the 68 -70's rotor hats. I believe the hat portion is the same 68-73 but get verification .
