OEM condensor
« on: March 03, 2011, 06:55:16 PM »
Just picked up some parts that included two original A/C condensors that are in amazingly great shape. What do I need to do to "clean them out"? Send them to radiator shop to be "boiled out"? (And pressure tested!) Same with some really nice original A/C lines...whats the best way to "clean them out"?

I don't think a radiator shop will be able to apply the pressure needed to test them. I used a Thermo King shop that repairs refrigerated trailers.  They will have the equipment to apply the needed pressure to test them, and should be able to help flush them.  Are you interested in selling one of the condensors? If they both test OK. I'll only need one of them.
