Here is a picture of a D0ZZ under hood lamp. As for dealer installed I guess a dealer could still have a Rotunda one (big round gray painted one) at the dealer to install

Do you know the full part number for that lamp, Jeff?  I remember looking for the number recently and not having much luck finding it.

Considering it mounts center of the hood above where (if equipped) the shaker hole would go I would think the wire has to be 5-6 foot long.

Other years look different (either a little or allot) but I took notice that the shield in the picture is the most apparent difference to those other ones

I have some that I have taken off Cougars.  It does not look like the one above.  Wouldn't they have used the Cougar version as well?

Were they 69 or 70 Cougars Nelson ?

Looking at the part number that was provided (if correct) then possibly no since the part number is specific to a Mustang

Yes they were '69 & '70 Cougars.  I need to dig them out and post the part #.  IIRC it was a C9 number.

Cougar uses a different Light. For All Years.
