65 back up light differences
« on: June 14, 2020, 01:50:41 PM »
What is the difference between left and right back up light for a 65? Looking at the 2 that came off my car they look the same. Of course I cant read all of the part numbers on them either. How can you tell which is which by looking at them?

Hard to describe I believe. Difference is that the bodies are shaped differently so that they compensate for the curve in the rear valance

To add-because they are made to fit on a specific side with the valance curvature accounted for in the shape, If you mix sides up or have two of the same side they will not be pointed straight back but be off at a slight angle .
