Checked for you and only have pictures of the lower inspection/block plate to bellhousing bolts for automatic applications. Since the bell housing would have been installed at the engine plant on manuals it shouldn't matter where the car was built for that detail.
No help with the lower clutch rod cotter key but it may be shared with the Boss 302's built at Dearborn to widen the possible search. Maybe even all ( 428CJ) at that plant also.
