Saw that too, I was waffling back and forth on whether it's a 5 or 6, agree it looks more like a 6.

I just looked at my 66 K (San Jose Oct 65) sender, it has a red top. The engine was rebuilt in 1994 (previous owner, I have the receipts) but the water temp sender was not listed as a being replaced (the oil sender was). I can't see all the hex flats for the temp number.
