1967 "A" code Was a fan shroud standard?

Was a fan shroud standard on a 1967 "A" code GTA?  Marti report does not show heavy duty cooling and no A/C.  The car was built in Dearborn in 1966 and has the narrow radiator.

Based on what I’ve seen, your car as described would not have a shroud
