Topic: '69 Mach 1 engine color

         Hi

       A good friend has a 69 Mach 1, mostly un restored, but it would appear as though the engine (351W) has had a re & re for detailing. As it sits now it is painted the "lighter" Ford blue.  I suggested that it probably should be the "darker" Ford blue such as PPG #DAR13358. He was told by the previous owner that this car was part of a run where the engines were painted the lighter blue. Any thoughts?
