67 Shelby Taillight Socket Question
« on: July 09, 2019, 10:11:17 PM »
Question on the 1967 Shelby tail lights. Do they use detachable light sockets like on a Mercury Cougar? or are the brake/turn signal sockets integral to the tail light harness?

The 67 Shelby are like the Cougar in that regard. The Cougar is where the sockets are sourced for the 67 Shelby.

Thanks Bob, since it is a 1967 Cougar tail light housing and lens, I wanted to confirm that the sockets were also used.
