 I have another couple of clues that may help with my production date ?  Intake manifold is dated 5 E 6 and the carb is dated 5 E A.  Making a mid May production more likely ?  Thanks, Brian

The pictures show where the engine assembly or inspection date (still under debate) is located, either of which indicate the last possible date any other engine component that is painted would be installed, the water pump in this case.
One more point: the single digit numbers are mold casting identifications, used by the casting company to identify a mold that might have produced a bad part.
