Topic: where to buy the most correct parts for a 1964,5 convertible

i'm looking for a supplier that sells parts for 1964,5 parts as close to original as possible,, i know of but PP and M-depot  but not sure wheter or not the  parts  are correct "enough" as an example i think the carpet should be different from 64,5 opposed to 65 -- but at these 2 supplies the same carpet-set is sold covering both models

are you looking for NOS or reproduction?? i would look into NPD or Virginia Classic Mustang.

Allclassicmustang.com has original parts. I’ve dealt with JD in a couple of occasions getting some rare parts

Speaking of carpet, I contacted ACC last week about trying to get the correct heel pad for the 64.5/ early 65’s but they need the original tooling in order to make it. They can’t use an original example either to go off of.
