64.5 Coupe Rear Door Run Material

Is there a replacement or repair for the “cloth” material that is in the rear door run bracket?  I have a portion that is worn/torn and would like to fix it.

Thanks.  My regular source does not carry that patch material, just the full sets that are almost twice as much as the NPD repair product.

Check with a local auto interior trim shop, they might be able to help.  Think I found some on ebay a while back.
