« on: October 10, 2018, 04:05:46 AM »
Hi all, I'm trying to find images and locations for the correct Decals for my 66 A Code GT Coupe, Nil A/C.  Can anyone direct me to a thread or other web sites.

When was it built at San Jose?

Guess you already looked through the prior threads and didn't find the exact answer you were looking for ;)

Looks like those included AC but 90% of the other locations would be the same but we can revisit again once you get back with the date info

Hi Jeff, thanks for your response.  It was built Sept 65 in SJ, C4 but nil AC,

First don't buy one of the "kits"  as we've suggested in many other threads

Suggest you look at the thread below for the air cleaner and battery inspection decal location.

In addition to that you have the

1- Service spec decal

2- Engine ID  Applied over the coil and coil bracket.

3- Tire pressure decal information is available in a 66 San Jose Survey thread. Location differs depending on when the car was built.

4- Tie down sticker is located under the rear license plate as shown in other threads. Nice picture of one in the early 66 San Jose convertible thread in the unrestored threads on the site

5- Jacking/spare tire instructions. Nice picture in that same early 66 San Jose convertible thread. Reply #3 in this case

6- Jack instructions

Hi Jeff, tried to access the 'Gallery' but wont let me in.  I've tried my standard password which I use to log into the forum but it does not work.  Can you assist.

Cheers

The gallery at the top tool bar is where you and others can store pictures to post them. I was referring to the section of the site were threads/pictures are posted showing unrestored cars

Fairly new - we separated the threads out since they use to just be included in all the questions and discussion threads

Main screen - part way down the screen - between the big blue bar that says

The Assembly Line - Discussions related to assembly line practices and observations - Members Only

and the major section that says

1st Generation 1964 1/2 - 1973 - General discussions that apply to a specific year

There you will find a big blue bar with

Unrestored Picture Threads - Picture Collections and Discussions of Specific Cars - Members Only

and years broken out for specific years from there
