Shock tower top color- 66 Dearborn
« on: April 23, 2018, 11:22:02 AM »
I have done some searching on this site and haven't found an answer to my question. That doesn't mean it is not out there...I may not be using the correct search terms, so my apologies if this is a redundant post.

Question - the shock tower top that bolts to the top of the shock tower and is where the front shocks are attached - what is the correct finish? The MCA concours guidelines aren't specific for this part. Pictures that I have seen show this to be a natural finish sometimes, other times it is black.

I knew I was forgetting something important!  1966 Coupe, Dearborn-built, Feb 1966.

your parts would be semi-gloss black. the p & o finish is for later year cars.
