1965 Carburetor Spacer Painted?
« on: April 23, 2018, 03:54:14 PM »
I just spent at least a half hour searching the forum and could not find what I was looking for and I'm sure it has been asked before.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong?  Ugh!

Is the carburetor spacer for a Autolite 4100 equipped 289 painted or at least have over spray?  Car is a 65, Dearborn built fastback, 289 4V, Auto with an approximate build date of September 2, 1964.  Thanks for your help.

The MCA accepts it either way. That said, all of my three unrestored cars have painted spacers.
