69 Dearborn convertible gas tank sound deadener

Does anyone know of a source for the sound deadener used on top of the fuel tanks? I thought this was only Mach 1 / Grande but I've seen some convertibles with it.

Smaller sections were used in other applications where the Mach I and Grandes were larger and covered more. Article in the Library if you want to make some of your own. Seeing that you only need a smaller square and not much in the way of trimming you might want to consider the DIY patch
