Believe you will find the that yellow silver printing was for standard (AF engineering number) and silver yellow for the heavy duty (TF engineering number) for cars with that option, bigger battery, larger alternator amps ...
There was a issue with the early voltage regulators sorry can't recall the month and year of the change) Voltage regulators after that date were marked with a yellow paint daub on the cover. Will try and remember to find that info and post. Wrote an article for MCA decades ago that included that info
