AMK does have them in the bulk kits.   The longer 1 3/16" bolt is kit number B-11935  The shorter 1" kit is B-11547.  These are 12 bolts per kit.  I wanted to compare them to my originals I do have and the GL casting is lighter than most of what I have, but I do have a few that are just like AMK.  So clearly they had slightly different stamping's.   In the pic below you can see the difference in a few.  AMK then an original marked (more) and another one with a slightly smaller GL marked (less).   Not much to complain about. If you want to be anal about it,like I am, well here ya go.
