PICS are posted in my ad over on the HAMB.
https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/thr ... 0.1091400/ I'll add pics here once I get home this evening.
I have for sale a 1964 Ford 289 HiPo engine and miscellaneous parts. This is non VIN stamped block. I've heard differing stories that some early hipo's weren't stamped to it's a service replacement block. I can't say for sure either way. I can say that it has all the correct main caps, crankshaft, rods, balancer, hatchet weight, and one correct hipo cylinder head. The other was damaged years ago. The short block is assembled still and has 30 over pistons in it currently. Everything turns over freely like it should. There is some very light pitting in some of cylinders that barely catches your finger nail. I have all the rocker arms, push rods, and head bolts too.
I have many good pics of all the items. I acquired this from a long time car collector who recently passed away. I had plans to put this in a 66 GT Fastback, but I was unable to purchase the car from his estate. I'll be happy to answer any questions I can.
Pick up preferred, but I'm willing to palletize and ship at the buyer's expense. I really hope someone here needs and can use this engine!
Everything included is $2250 + shipping or free pickup.
