Does anyone have a picture of an original driveshaft fora 1990 Mustang 5.0. Or know the correct color markings.

There is not much in the way of markings on the Foxbodies that I know of. There is a yellow paint spray squirt marking the side for balancing.

I can not speak for 1990, but as for all Foxbodies... here is a pic of the underside of an '85.5 SVO.

Please note there are several painted stripes. As Kevin stated, there is a yellow spray mark at the rear end also.

Front stabilizer bar, driveshaft, and rear stabilizer bar (if applicable) all had paint daubs or stripes on them.  Color codes are on the build sheet.  I have quite a few four eyed build sheets and plenty of codes but almost nothing for aero cars.
