Restored 66 Convertible seat belts.
« on: March 31, 2017, 04:56:18 PM »
I just got a picture from Stewart from Python of my restored seat belts for my convertible. Can't wait to get them back into the car.  :)

I received the seat belts from python tonight, they look nice but they are not my original buckles. My car has a build date of December 1, 1965. I sent a set of 7-65 belts and received back a set of 1-66 buckles. Will this cost me points in concours driven?

There would be no deduction for this in MCA concours driven, but I would definitely get with Stewart and see what happened.  Personally, I would want my original buckles or ones with the same date code.
