Thermactor Hose

Wanted for 67 C-Code with Thermactor Emissions (DSO 71):

Left hand (LH) Thermactor hose which runs from the tee fitting to the rear of the LH drivers side cylinder head.  The original hose is 33.5" long.  See table below, notes 8 and 9 for the correct hose I am looking for.
