Do you know if that one has been restored? Is "AUTOLITE" and "staful" supposed to be in red?
All of the ones I have ever found untouched were not painted. I believe most were unpainted. If some were painted (67 assemblyline) I think they are in the minority. I can see why Ford started to paint them because the trademark stood out more.
