« on: September 07, 2016, 04:10:30 PM »
has anybody tried the repro rear door glass runs that are on the market? the webbing material on my originals is worn through. i tried finding good used originals but it seems they all have the same problem. NDP has webbing but its to narrow . doesn`t fold over the edge like it should.   help?

I used a pair of runs I got from NPD and had no problems. They were a good fit and the glass moves like original. I may have been lucky but I'll do it again. NPD will stand behind their products, but you need to install/use what you get within a "reasonable" amount of time.

You can buy the correct mole-skin material.  Think I found some on ebay in about 3" wide length.  Would have to lay it into the channel in 2 or 3 parts, but would work perfect.  I personally would not use the repro part, but that's just my opinion and having spent many hours trying to get repro parts to work.
