Fan engineering number appears to be correct according to Bob Mannel's book (page 5-62).  Not sure about the clutch though...Should have a stamping of C5AE-C I believe

The number on the fan is shown as being used on 289 Mustangs (and others) and 390 Comets and Fairlanes in the 66 Mustang Engine Accessories Manual. This confirms what Chris said. The associated clutch is id'ed as C4AA-8A616-C for the 289's and C5GE-8A616-A for 390's. The 65 Manual shows a clutch part number of C4AA-8A616-A for the fan, the 67 manual was no help.
The marking of "E-EOME-AA" looks like almost a part number (from the 80's - E0ME-AA), almost looks like a company name, and almost looks like nothing I've ever seen.

Thanks guys...the "O" is supposed to be a "0."  I did a Google search and it says a 1979 clutch fan off of a ford vehicle...
