Topic: do 69 Shelby front shocks have a welded washer on them ?

I'm about to put the shocks on and am wondering if the originals had the welded washer on the top of the shock (or that type of appearance) , the car is bult 3/69 and has small spindles. I believe they would  be painted dark blue as well.
Would anyone be able to post a picture of an original.

Yes they would have the Autolite adjustables with the indexing washer on top. Your shocks would be blue
