The Osborn 65 Assembly Manual does show four screws in the carpet on non console models, but in a different location.
My October 64 sj car had screws on one side not the other...
Front edge of the seat pan/seat installed from above? Or vertical on the back side of the pan/riserHave seen some cars where the worker ran out of time or missed leaving no hole in the floor metal but IMHO not that common.
