3939S and Other Parts FS
Most of the following parts came from a now-deceased HiPo Mustang collector. I’m selling the items grouped as follows:
1. HiPo 289 Parts
o CARbureTER 3939S Fuel Pump. This is an NOS service replacement in its original box. Part No. is M3939SA and date code is 3H6B, which translates to Aug 3, 1966. It comes with its box, parts, etc. I have consulted with Bob Mannel to verify its date code.
o FoMoCo 289 Dual Point Distributor. It was rebuilt by Chuck Barbero of Distributor Dynamics. Its part number is C3OF-12127-D and its date code 3KB, which translates to November 1963 2nd week.
o Autolite 289 Dual-Point Distributor. This is a service replacement distributor.The part no. is C5OF-12127-E and the date code is 1H25 which translates to Aug 25, 1971.
o (2) Distributor Caps 289 (Dual Point). One is a repro and one was represented to me as an NOS with a later-style “1” on the cap (and a small “6” inside – date?) No FoMoCo trademark.
o Autolite Voltage Regulator. This NOS part comes in its service replacement box. The box numbers are GR-341/C35Z-10316-B. The cap decal states 15V C5TF-10316-A NEG, and the ink stamp date on the base is 7E23B (May 23, 1967 B shift).
o Bendix 1965 – early 1966 Disc Brake Master Cylinder with fittings. Casting codes on bottom: 2225032 “B” R2, and manufacture date “126” – 126th day of the year, May 26, 1965.
I’m asking $3200 OBO for the parts as a group. My stated price includes shipping costs for continental USA only. Overseas shipping? Package weighs about 20 pounds.
2. Autolite Sta-Ful battery. Part No. SV-24F. AGM-type concours repro. I used this for static display only, as it was defunct. Excellent shape.
I’m asking $50. Shipping cost is extra and varies by location. Shipping weight 30 pounds. I’m at 27278.
