Just bought a '86 GT
« on: September 22, 2015, 08:21:18 PM »
Finally found a decent '86 GT that wasn't beat to death. It is a GT Cobra made for the Canadian market. Not much different than a regular GT, all of the decals are in French, COBRA on the rear deck and of all things gravel guard on the lowers. Hard to believe that these are 30 years old already, I remembering buying one of these new.

Good looking car, congrats on your purchase. I had to special order one identical to yours in '86 so I could get an auto trans. My daughter got it when she got her drivers license then later she sold it to my son and still later he sold it outside the family. It is still located in the same county where I live but it's not for sale. I was promised 1st chance if he ever does decide to sell it.
