64.5 Generator Pulley Question

Could a 64.5 June built Dearborn with 289, Eaton PS and NO AC possibly have a 2 groove generator pulley?  Mine has 2 grooves but not sure if is correct.

My April built Dearborn car with power steering and no A/C only has a single groove pulley.
