Topic: Trade C8ZE-L1 radiator for a date correct C8ZE-S1 Radiator

I have a nice original C8ZE-L1 radiator date code 8FD (Which I believe is Last week of July 1968) for a manual tranny car.

I am in need of a C8ZE-S1 radiator date code sometime in March 1969 for an April 2nd build date car. Auto tranny.

I know it's a long shot, but maybe someone here has the correct radiator I need and needs the 4-speed one.

I need a summer '69 L1, and I have a summer '69 S1.  Go figure.

I think I could make yours work. With a little metal finishing I could make that G look like a C.

If you would rather have the L-1 regardless of the date let me know At least you'd have the correct bottom tank.

I have a couple of S1 radiators. Both are dated for late 68 cars. Would do an even swap pay our own freight.
