Does anyone have a photo of the correct vacuum advance for a 67 390 and does it have a number on it to identify it ?

No number on it if I recall correctly. Standard (66-67) looking single advance in zinc (outer stamped steel section) like in the picture below. One on the left.
Ignore the arrows - those were from another discussion

There maybe a marking on the arm and a makers mark on the cast base but don't have one in hand to provide

I would also point out that the primary wire has a eyelet on 67 . The white boot was a BB 68/69 thing as far as I know.

The hose nipple in Jeff's picture looks like it is steel but did any come made of brass ? I have seen the AMK reproduction, it is a very good one in steel also.

If you are speaking about the single advance auto distributor vacuum advance then -no. Ford did not have a brass one for the single advance distributor used on automatics.
