67 390 thermostat housing

should a late Dearborn 390 have the C7AE-8594-A housing ?

Yes. Those are hard to find because it was just one year (1967) only. They are always missing on the 67 GT500's and I try to keep some around . Check around and see if anyone else has any first. If you can buy one for under 250.00 jump on it and do not let it get away.

As far as I know yes but not 100% sure. Remember it takes the small thermostat . Be careful when searching because most are not aware of the difference and will assume the C5 big thermostat one is the same. I don't know how many times FE guys said they had one only to find out it was the big thermostat one. you will find 20 of the big thermostat ones to 1 of the C7 small thermostat ones. Best of luck in the hunt .
