wires 140 and 19 on the diagram, which is power and which is lamp thanks?

19 (Blue / Red) is for the lights and 140 (Black / Red) would be power.

Thanks, that's the way the radio repairman did it.
He didn't heat the shrink tube over the soldered connections in case I had to reverse them.
I'll just heat gun them now to finish up.
