Topic: LED Instrument lights

Hi folks,

thinking about changing the Instrument bulbs to LEDs.
Was was the original colour if the lighting for a 67? Was it something like Aqua or blue?
DOes the LED require the original bulb lenses?
And where can i get the LEDs?

 Buy the white LEDs. NPD offers a complete set. They make the instruments much easier to view at night.
The instrument cluster had a blue filter that looks green when it is lit.    Scott Drake makes replacement blue-green lamp filters. Make sure you buy two sets and replace them. The originals are almost always cloudy and somewhat clouded. They are sold the sets for the number required for the 65-6 cluster, which has two fewer lamps than the 67-8 vehicles. Most kits retain at least one incandescent bulb in the system, which has to do with allowing the lamps in the cluster to dim.

What about the turn signal indicator, also white LEDs ?

Are we referring to the indicators in the cluster? If so, the lamp kit is complete.
