It's certainly possible there is a PI on Line 5 like your example, however I've only seen line 5 on the buck tag used when the car had a lot of options denoted on the buck tag which reduced the amount of room on line 4.  The sample you provided denoted RM (remote mirror) which reduced the amount of space on Line 4 and hence PI is on line 5.  Having said that since these were stamped per vehicle certainly anything is possible.  :-)  Metuchen as a plant seemed to follow multiple overlapping processes at times.  Makes them more fun to restore
