Horn jumper wire harness
« on: January 22, 2015, 03:44:00 PM »
On 1970 428 & boss 302 metuchen or dearborn cars with a factory oil cooler what was done with the left side horn wire as it was not used when the horns were located to the right side and the jumper wire was installed, is there a picture to refer to, thanks , chuck.

I have a couple pictures of that area for my 69 Metuchen car.  Early 69 the abandoned left horn plug was incorporated into the headlight wire loom wrap.  The white dot in the middle of the picture.  Brian

69 Boss 302 without the oil cooler used them also.

Yes I am sure it is not behind the cooler.  Marcus Anghel has a ' Factoid ' on his web-site dealing with the jumper wire.  Brian

I have seen two different typs of jumper harness, semo has the blue & yellow stripe wires ,others are one blue and one white wire, what other versions are out there.
