Fuel Line
« on: February 05, 2015, 07:21:11 PM »
One of the Mustang vendors offers 2 different fuel lines from the tank to the pump.  One for early 65 8cyl and another for 65-66 8cyl.  Both 5/16.  What would the possible difference be between the two lines and if there is a difference, what would the change over date be for each plant.  Primarily looking for San Jose around late Oct 64 but clarification for the other plants would probably benefit others as well.

So is there a difference between the two lines?  I assume early means 64.5 but again how late would it go?

I would say ask the vendor?  Perhaps different fittings?
