I have only rebuilt one Eaton PS pump, and unfortunately I do not yet have the rebuilt engine fired up, still waiting on exhaust parts, so the condition of the pump is still unknown. I found some scoring on the shaft, and that may have been a source of a leak, but the car was not running when purchased. I am not aware of a source for the shafts. I did however find an article on line somewhere where a guy found a source for a sleeve that went between the shaft and seal to “correct” the scoring on the shaft. I have my doubts since I question what fixes the “seal” between the scored shaft and sleeve.
