Correct Location for Engine Tag on 1965 A-Code Mustang
« on: December 27, 2014, 10:13:17 PM »
I have a 1965 A-Code Mustang and I'm trying to determine where the engine tag is to be installed. My car was built in early November 1964 in Dearborn, MI. It has a road draft tube and 4-speed manual transmission. It is a non-A/C, non-PS, non- PB car.

Should be on the passenger side on the intake manifold.  I'm sure someone will post a pic of the exact location

Use the search feature. This topic was recent concentrating on the bolt's finish but the placement was included.

There's a hole on the intake on the passenger side in front of the carb mounting.
