Title: Is this an OEM Master Cylinder

Could this possibly be original to my car?   I'm thinking "NO."   MAR 66 Metuchen C-Code
I KNOW it's been on it since 1979.

Doesn't look like others I've seen.  Usually no markings on the side.

The cap looks like the 64 style.
