Title: 1968 Deluxe Interior Seat Button Placement

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the proper location is for the '68 deluxe seat buttons?  Specifically, I'm looking for the distance from the inner welt cord down to the top of the button.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I think it is 4 5/8 but I need to check the car, but can't till we return from the MCA national in Pensacola Fl.

I will appreciate it if you can check that out when you return.  I've been searching on the Internet and haven't been able to find any information to help me.  I'm reupholstering some seats for someone and hope to get the job finished up soon.  I will keep researching it in the meantime.  Thanks.

I checked today,  never trust a 55 year old memory they are 4 7/8.
