Title: couple of part finish questions

Should the following parts be bare steel?

sway bar brackets
exhaust hangers
exhaust brackets to frame rail(rear)
j hooks
j hook insulator brackets

4 69 NJ car

sway bar brackets - Yes

exhaust hangers - Yes

exhaust brackets to frame rail(rear) - Yes

j hooks - C brackets between the tail pipe and bracket - Yes

j hook insulator brackets - Have  seen NOS ones black but believe originals were bare steel

Is the sway bar on a 68 built NJ 69 black or P&O?

Believe semi-gloss black is what is being expected
