Title: Air Cleaner Sticker-D Code

Shown in the attached picture are the remnants of a sticker on my air cleaner.  This is for a 1964.5 convertible with a 260 CID engine built May 12, 1964. 

Anyone have a good picture of what the sticker is?

Anyone have a source for this sticker?  I have looked on NPD and have not found one that looks like this.

Thanks again Charles.  I have been looking at your pictures but could not zoom in enough to read the sticker.  But your links a great.  I am surprised NPD does not have them.
