Title: 69 hood latch striker shape and finish

Found in my collection 3 hood latch strikers on which the finish is at odds with recommendations being the 2 on right are 69 shape but have 70 finish (zinc dichromate), the 1 on left has 70 shape with flatter angle near slotted hole but is probably 69 finish (phosphate and oil)
Does anyone have information on this ?

that's exactly what I mean, opposite from my 3 examples
