Choose to start a new more focused thread since the other one we have was not plant focused
Recently member 67gta289, posted a "guess the car thread" and even though the car was apparently a non-dual exhaust 64 1/2 the car had what is commonly referred to as dual exhaust rear tie downs.

Today going through, labeling and resizing some new pictures and adding them to my collection I came across another example of the same practice. In this case a 65 C code car built late in the production year - 5F09C7861xx. Unfortunately the angle does not show us if there was a third bolt used to attach the bracket to the frame

So I guess its time for a deeper dive and ask that others take a look or be on the look out for 65 Dearborn examples to see if we can figure out if these are oddities or standard practice during 65 at Dearborn
