Hi,
is the middle coil spring on the picture the original part for my car.
1969 Mustang Mach 1 H-code with 351W, PS, AC, FMX build in SJ on 03.11.69.
The coil spring have a dark-yellow stripe and looks original.
I ask, because I think the car is to low. Wrong part or fatigue?
Thanks in advance!!!
Greetings!
Harry

Would have had a second colored stripe applied with a brush but apparently that did not last
For comparison
1969 Mustang Mach 1 H-code with 351W, PS, AC, FMX built San Jose on 05/13/69 - marked 1 Yellow 1 Tan
San Jose buildsheets are a bit difficult to find. Hope this helps. At best it appears possible
May have been worn since nose down is not often a stance that Ford was using during the 60's

Hi Jeff,
thank you very much!!!
Unfortunately no other stripe is visible .
Today I replaced the springs with the Moog Springs 8234 and now the car is straight.
It looks like good for me. ;)
Greetings!
